I have sold residential real estate for a couple of decades now and have been the primary broker for York Realty for 17 years. It suits me well: I have always had a passion for architecure and design, I have built my own home from plan to swinging the hammer and have rehabbed many vintage homes including the one that Loretta and I live in now. When we vacation, most of our time is spent exploring local architecture. We own income property and manage some 40 properties.
